RENTAL OF OUR FINCA

• Rental of our beautiful, open guest houses including rich vegetarian meals (breakfast, dinner, water). Use of our entire finca – seminar room, garden, common room.
• 1x cleaning of the houses and change of towels in the middle of the week, final cleaning.
• The seminar leader stays free of charge in our Apartment Pipa.
• The offer includes a trip by public bus to Bri Bri. From there you hike to the beautiful Volio waterfall, where you can refresh yourself in the cool pools and unwind. Tour guide James will take you there!
• Total price for occupancy of up to 8 people (including seminar leader) per week:

 

November:  $ 4300,-

 

December-March: $ 4900,-

 

April-June: $ 4300,-

 

If you book another week, you get a 20% discount on the additional week.

Would you like to bring your own cook?

No problem - then the total price is reduced by $1800.

 

 

Description of the houses:

• Casa Rustica: a cozy house for 2-3 people / (one double bed (1.54 m), one single bed)

• Rondavel: a privately located round house with a double bed (1.54 m) for 1-2 people

• Casa Lago: a large house for up to 4 people with a lake view /
• (Room 1: 2 single beds, Room 2: a double bed (1.54m) about 5 minutes walk from the main house

• Apartment Pipa: for single occupancy in the main building (free for seminar leaders)

• Each house has its own, open kitchen with a view of nature and its own bathroom.

 

An occupancy with up to 2 more participants is possible by arrangement for an additional charge!

Massages can be booked on request.

Deposit: $600

The deposit is due upon registration and will be retained in the event of cancellation.

 

 

Cancellation costs:

 If canceled up to 2 months before the event, only the deposit of $600 is due.

 Cancellation 2 – 1 months before the start of the retreat: 20% of the total amount

 Cancellation 4 – 2 weeks before the start of the retreat: 40%

 Cancellation from 2 weeks before the start of the retreat: 50%

 

Notice: Since we reserve our finca for groups, this requires longer planning. Even if you cancel 2 months before the date, we will lose a whole week, so we ask for your understanding regarding the cancellation costs and the retention of the deposit.
